ÜBERGÄNGE — An exhibition series by Visarte Donna

GEIST
31 October (1–9 pm)

Día de Muertos. Death. The transition from life to death.
The other side. Age and growing older.

What images, stories and forms do we have for what we do not know? How do we encounter what lies beyond our worlds? Can we care for spirits? How can we trace what lies beyond our imagination?

4 pm: Panel discussion with artistic mediation, continuing the exploration of the theme together with those present and invited experts.

There will be a bar, soup and music.

HOCHZEIT
28 November 2026 (1–9 pm)

Love and its rituals. Forms that society has created for relationships. The encounter of two families, two stories, two worlds.

The number two. Inclusion. Exclusion.

Other forms – new vessels – a few flowers. What do we celebrate? And how?

AVANT L’APRÈS
12 December (1–9 pm) &
13 December 2026 (11 am–3 pm)

What comes when the journey has been made, but the after has not yet begun? Perhaps the last freedom to choose for ourselves. Shortly after a transition, before the light returns. The possibility that what comes after may unfold differently than imagined.

On Sunday, 13 December, we invite you to join us for brunch.

The Lilyth Atelier

Installation artist Kishana Herrle places the theme and the female figure of Lilith at the centre of her work.
In her most recent presentation, she revealed her installation alongside a performative accompaniment.

Working with what was already present, she removed, transformed, and re-composed elements of the space, enriching it with her own artistic interventions.
Thus, the atelier became a place of encounter around the figure of Lilith —
inviting exchange and reflection on how Lilith came to embody what she represents within society.

About

Lilyth Atelier

Lilyth Atelier is an independent space for art, transition and encounter in Zurich.

The space emerged during the Rauhnights as an open studio — a place for the in-between, for processes without predetermined outcomes, and for allowing things to remain unresolved.

Its starting point was Lilyth, an artistic figure rooted in the myth of Lilith and understood as a figure of transition: associated with autonomy, ambiguity and the crossing of established boundaries.
